I cannot thank Black Widow Pest Control enough. I called them with a rodent issue and within 1.5hrs they had sent the lovely Michael to my door to help. He immediately found the source of the problem (a hole underneath my radiator) and lay a series of traps and temporary packing solutions until the holes could be repaired by my landlord. The mouse was caught within 24hrs. The team at BWPC compiled a thorough report that I could present to my landlord and were on hand to answer any and all of my questions. They are true experts and I will always recommend their services to my fellow New York dwellers!

I hardly ever write reviews, but Nick and the rest of the team have been so incredible. Over the past few years, we’ve had some roaches here and there (NYC is NYC), and the whole team has always been so attentive and helpful. Most recently, after traveling, we saw signs of bed bugs, and after calling Nick (I feel like I have him on speed dial), he sent out a bed-bug sniffing dog to inspect the very next morning. After a positive result (ugh), Black Widow went to work exterminating our whole place and providing step by step instructions on how to prep and proceed. I can be a bit of a drama queen when it comes to bug issues, and Black Widow is truly so helpful and assuring and has come to the rescue for us several times.
